Question Manually Resetting BIOS on Dell Latitude 5520

Hi there, I previously requested some advice on resetting my BIOS manually. I found the motherboard thats in my pc online: Image

That coin-cell battery in the bottom left is presumably the one that's powering the BIOS right?
You can see it has an unusual type of connection to the motherboard that's covered by a piece of metal.
Can I pry up the metal and disconnect the battery to reset the BIOS or do I need to use a special tool to jump it? Any advice would be appreciated, thanks

Why you need to reset the BIOS? Removing the battery will not delete BIOS passwords(s) if set.

Yea there is an admin password. I dont necessarily need the password removed just the settings returned to default (specifically to get it out of https boot), but I thought resetting it would remove the password too, why is that not the case?

There is an utility which generates "system" password for Dell PCs based on their asset tag. That's all I can tell without breaking some forum' rules.
