Just lately I seem to be spending more and more time on hold to manufacturers, ring the number, on hold, get the switch, ask for tech, on hold, tech answers, have to go and find out something, on hold, back to sales, on hold, Drives me nuts, I dont think Edison had this in mind for the phone
