Many blue screens, memory related.

I have had numerous BSODs. Each BSOD is something different such as SYSTEM_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED or KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
Other: This has been going on since I built this (this is my first build and I built it about a month ago.)
Specs:
i7 4970k
GTX 970 FTW
G.Skill Ripjaws 1600mhz 16 GB Ram
250GB SSD
1 TB HDD
1000W PSU
Asus ROG Hero VII MOBO
 
Solution
on the rog mb use the usb flashabck tool and put the newest bios file on it.

then in the bios make sure mb in standard mode and xmp profile is on and your using profile one.
if the system still errors out. turn the system off make sure both ram dims are locked in. if they are take one dimm out make sure leave one dimm in slot a0. see if the system hangs. if the system runs without issue swap the rams. if both sticks are fine...put them back see if the system still errors out. if it does. try turning off the cpu cache or cores see if it the cpu.
