So My brother was having CPU Heating problems got that fixed but now for some reason he was having gpu problems like it cutting out and various game crashes, and a few other things so once we got the overheating problem fixed he then got a blue screen: now his windows [Windows 7] looks different like the task-bar and the start menu, it boots up but for no reason will not try and connect to the internet it does not even pop up the internet status at the bottom right next to the tray.
I go into the network and sharing and it shows the overview at the top it just say's unknown,
I uninstall the network driver and reinstall it doesn't help anything, I try and do system restore and it shows the message: "System restore does not appear to be functioning on this system.
A volume shadow copy service component encountered an unexpected error,m check the application event log for more information,......."
