We have 1 desktop and 2 laptops, nothing else.

Has anyone been over and connected to your network's wifi or anything at any point.

Windows has (since like 95) had a bad issue of keeping PC's in the network list, long after they have gone. lol.

Is your PC connected to a network that's shared with many people? If that's the case, their network privacy setting is low and allows your PC to discover their PCs. Try to have fun and access their files and find some pxxn. lol.
