Hi All,
I've been having this issue for a while now. Some of my Steam games, when I try to launch them, cause the screen to go black for a second and then a popup appears saying that <GameName> has stopped responding. For some of the games, adding -windowed in the launch options fixes the problem, for others not.
The games in which this is happening and -windowed does not fix the problem are: Burnout Paradise: the Ultimate Box, GTA III, GTA Episodes from Liberty City, GTA San Andreas, GTA Vice City, Mirror's Edge, Medal of Honor, and Warface.
The games in which this is happening and adding -windowed does help are: Borderlands 2, CS:GO, Dishonored, GTA IV, GRID 2, and Super Meat Boy.
In case this helps, the games that I have that are working without any changes needed are: Bioshock, Crysis 2 Maximum Edition, Deus Ex: Human Revolution, Far Cry 3, FEZ, Garry's Mod, Left 4 Dead 2, Saints Row the Third, Civilization V, Team Fortress 2, Trials Evolution Gold Edition, and War Thunder.
I would really like to be able to run all of the games without putting in -windowed, so if that is possible, that would be great, but getting the ones that aren't working at all working is my priority. Please let me know if there is more information that would be helpful. Thanks for your answers in advance!
