how long is the default time on scrds running thro steam? my test server has
been running for over an hour without changing maps.

There is no default... You have to designate it with MP_TIMELIMIT 30
which will set it for 30 minutes....

minor nitpick, but AFAIK it has to be lowercase... mp_timelimit will
work.. i think MP_TIMELIMIT will give an error, or just not do anything
