Hi Guys,
New to the forum so hoping this is the right place to post this,
So I'll explain the current setup
We have a piece of software that accesses our mapped network drives...
The software has the ability to read/write to these mapped network drives.
Every so often the software disconnects from the mapped network drives, making them inaccessible through the software.
When this occurs the mapped network drives are disconnected from the PC as a whole and the only way to rectify this is to restart the PCs.
Our server's spec that the mapped drives sit on is:
PC's that this occurs on are windows server PCs and the issue occurs with all builds of our software.
Anyone had anything similar?
Tried to explain as best I can, feel free to ask me any questions, i'll be replying fairly quickly to this
Cheers
K
