Mapping controller keys

Does anyone know if there is a way to map Xbox 360 controller keys to a keyboard. Opposite of what Xpadder does. I want to use a mouse and keyboard on my Xbox one via the new Xbox app in Windows 10. This seems like it would be an easy process. I know that emulators allow you to map controller keys to a keyboard. If this were possible I could finally play Xbox the way I prefer and dominate my party.
