Marantz rc 2000 setup for treble and bass setting

How do you setup the bass and treble settings on the Marantz rc 2000

The RC2000 is old universal remote. The only bass and treble setting that might be already programmed are the RC5 codes for Marantz, Philips and some other brands that use this code set. It has no other codes built in.
For any other equipment you have to teach the Marantz from the original remote.
