Hi! One of the conditions of having a marina is having 20% of water in the
map. is there a way of knowing how many water we have in the map? or we just
have to guess? tks in advance

I think you can get the marina in a driving mission.

I've unlocked loads of stuff in missions for which I haven't met the other
criteria.

You got to do the ferry missions for the marina to unlock.

So have I. But to the best of my recollection, you don't even get the
opportunity to run the mission if you don't meet the minimum water coverage
criterion.
