Mario on walk of fame

I am not sure if any of you have heard anything about this or not, but
they want to give Mario a star on hollywood's walk of fame & now there
is a petition going around in which you can sign to help this feat be
achieved.. come on now we all gotta show our love for mario.. Check out

Doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me. Most of Mario's successes were
in media created outside of Hollywood, the exceptions being a movie that
only I seemed to have liked, and a few cartoons that most people have
forgotten.

Not much point, these online petitions never work, unless you managed to get
a few million signatures. The odd thousand doesnt do any good though.
