Marking box color.

The problem i have is that the "marking tool" switched from being blue to grey and tranparent. http://imgur.com/pBd22rp
Does anyone know how to make it blue again?

Haven't a clue what "marking tool" you're referring to. Is it in a specific application perhaps?
You'll have to provide more information if you require help with that. Means absolutely zilch to me.

That's a selection marquee. Colour depends on color of desktop or background colour. Don't worry about it.
