I have a Gateway Ne57003h laptop with an Intel i5-3337u processor and Intel HD Graphics 4000 graphics card. Ever since I got this laptop, I noticed that it lags massively when plugged in. Something like 40-60 fps unplugged in BO2 to >20 fps immediately when I plug it in.
When i compared the processor speeds plugged in vs unplugged, I noticed that it dropped instantly from 2.5 ghz to 1.4 ghz. The problem is that i dont know what is causing the issue. I tried tweaking the power options, making the on battery and plugged in options similar, it did nothing. So any idea what my problem might be?
