Question Massive FPS drop from CSGO

Hello there , been a long time since i have posted here but i am finding no solution to the problem i have.
So I used to play csgo literally two days ago and i had minimum 180 , avarage 240 fps. I have no idea what happned , but i though if it was so suddent it must have been specific i lately installed and that was the nvidia update and i also cleaned my graphic card (i used to have avarage temperature 96 degrees i hadnt even noticed now is at 50). Now csgo i not a very demanding game and the problem is is that is not just an temporary fps drop, its constant. I mean now i play the game constantly in an 30-50 fps range and i have no idea why. I reinstalled my drivers , i got the temp of my graphic card to be at 50 normally , 80 under stress. My cpu is also at a temp of 40-50 never more. I will give you my specs and whatever else information that you may ask if you could please help me with it. Thank you.

CPU : i5 4570
GPU : GTX 1050 Gigabyte
RAM : 16 DDR3
No SSD

including the age of the PSU, apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time?

I reinstalled my drivers ,
How did you go about doing that? Did you use DDU to remove all GPU driver remnants from your platform?

As far as I remember, there should be archived updates on the nvidia website, you can try to install the previous version and maybe this will help. But I did this a long time ago, so I'm not sure if it's possible now
