Problems:
Hey everyone I'm getting massive fps drops in most games (apart from BF4) it goes from a constant 60fps + down to about 15 fps or lower. then after 3 or 4 seconds it returns to normal fps. Happens at both default clock and overclocking. seems that undervolting the vcore helps a little.

Temperatures:

Specs:
AMD FX 8320 @ 3.5 GHZ (default) currently OC'ed to 4230Ghz @ 1.325V
GTX 660 (old Graphics card) GTX 770
Gigabyte GA 990FXA d3 motherboard
16gb (8x2) 1600mhz dd3 Kingston ram
1000W silent coolmaster gold PSU
250gb Kingston SSD
1TB Seagate HD 3"

Attempted solutions:
ruled out ram by swapping Ram sticks.
Ruled out graphics card by swapping out graphics card.
Checked temps and they were as posted in the image.

Solution
Not the ram, not the motherboard, then probably the SSD. And asking again, did you check both times the GPU temps (you sure their fans were running and they were in normal temps, because this sounds like a GPU overheat problem).
you should fraps (or something fps counter) to shop game fps accurately than show the lag

seems your RAM cause the lag

when you are in up hill, and when the camera is point to the light is kinda lagging, try to leave the camera point at the light and see if the FPS keep dropping or not

down to ssd or PSU. seems it might be PSU as when I plugged in the extra power for SLI gpus, it caused the drops to only last .5 of a second and they occur less frequently.

i checked the ssd by swapping over to the other computers hdd. booted up and the problem still happened. now checking the computers hdd by disconnecting it completely, waiting for the game download to finish. if it still has problems then its left to psu or cabling. I forgot to mention that the fps drop would happen regardless of any settings it was left on, eg on that game ark, it would drop from 70+ fps on low to 15 or 10.
