Question Massive FPS drops in games

So I have been experiencing massive FPS drops in any Semi CPU intensive game I could get frame drops from like 120 to 3 I've disabled AMD Cool n' quiet and global C state control in the bios but that didn't do anything I also set my power plan to high performance and the minimum processing to 100% but even in game I don't get max clock speeds only when I run cinebench. I originally thought my problem was my mother board it was a Asrock A320M so I replaced it with a MSI B450M Pro-M2 max and Im still getting the same problem. In Hardware info it said my clocks where dropping when my frames where and my temperature was 40C. The specs for my PC along side my new mother board are a ryzen 3 1200, gtx 1050, 8 gigs of ram and a 500W power supply. Please help me this is making some games unplayable

Have you monitor your gaming session ?
Check temps and your hardware condition, an also try reinstalling your driver

what games are you playing, and what PSU do you have?

I would look to your PSU and your GPU before your CPU

I play fortnite and warzone, my power supply is a thermaltake smart series power supply, and all my temps are around 40 - 50 c

Your RAM, is it 2x4gb or 1x8gb and what speed is it?

Bios updated?
Motherboard chipset drivers current?
Reinstall windows after motherboard swap?
Ryzen Master?

Balanced power plan, not performance.
Re-enable c-states and cool&quiet.
