Hi guys, i am having a huge fps issue when watching a stream from twitch.tv / hitbox.tv and at the same time playing League of Legends, CSGO, anyother game. Even when it's running in the background, when i'm just using 1 monitor.
What is causing this ? My point is that the browser is using a lot of memory out of my gtx 970 or maybe is using direct3d instead using open GL, but i am not sure.

These are my specs:
CPU: i7 2600K
GPU: GTX970 4GB DDR5
Board: ASUSTeK P8Z68-V LE
RAM: 8GB DDR3
Supply: Hummer80 700W

These are the resolutions i put for my monitors:
Game Monitor: 1920x1080p (http://www.cnet.com/products/lg-d2342p/specs/)
Stream Monitor: 1280x800p (http://www.trustedreviews.com/LG-32LG5000-32in-LCD-TV-review)

What i have done (i will update this list on the awsners i get):

- Update my graphic's card.
- Change 2nd monitor resolution to a lower resolution.
- Change both cables, it was HDMI and VGA then i'm using just analogic cables, VGA>DVI adaptor and DVI cable.
- Tried to disable V-sync and Anti-Aliasing, it made it worse in my case i just have V-sync on.
- Changed from borderless (window fullscreen) to fullscreen and same problem happens.
- Thought it was my ram/cpu then i went to task manager to check and i have everything running perfectly, i dont use more than 5gb and my CPU is between 50%-60%.
- Did a clear format into my pc went to test this and same problem happens.
- Enabled/Disabled my cpu graphics card (Intel HD 3000)

What i didn't do:

- Change browser, but i don't really think this is gonna help because i'm using chrome and he's already light.

I know i am using a TV as my second monitor but i really like it, and i use it when i watch films/anime so i didn't want to change it. But is it the problem ?
People told me that the base resolutions for each screen needed to be the same. My main monitor base resolution is 1920x1080p and my second monitor base resolution is 1920x1200p.

If you guys can help me, i already tried everything and it seems that it just doesn't work, or maybe is it that my gtx 970 is broken ?

As i said on the post:
- Thought it was my ram/cpu then i went to task manager to check and i have everything running perfectly, i dont use more than 5gb and my CPU is between 50%-60%.

And my graphic drivers are all up-dated did one update yesterday and the problem still persists.

Wow finally someone has same problem as i do! Like i did this post about 5 times and no one gave me a solution for this.
My friend which has a worse computer can watch streams and playing LoL at same time and with no problems!

These are his specs:

CPU - Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3340 CPU @ 3.10GHz
GPU -AMD Radeon R7 200 Series
RAM - 8 GB

Got a theory ladz, so if you are watching streams as well as playing in a game online you are trying to download data as well as upload at the same time soooo try pulling less data down by dropping the quality of the stream to a lower one to see if that help, it should, also drop the quality right down to see if it helps, and do an internet speed test on speedtest.net and post the result as i can trll you if it should be good to stream and play simultaniously :)

i do find it helps when i lower the quality and uses less process here is my speed test http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/4419464949

Well my internet is good enough to make stream / watch streams / play and even download at the same time.

My computer just has directx11 when you install LoL he also installs directx11 so he uses directx11.

them temps scare me my room is 24c

Yeah but it is on my Asus GPU Tweaker like that, its from factory and it says my GPU fan should just activate when temps are over 79C .

wait i though it was cpu temps lol
