First of all, I got this issue when I downloaded the 332.21 Nvidia drivers yesterday. Second, this happens in pretty much every game.
Okay, so I installed the latest Nvidia driver and restarted my pc. Then I tried playing some BF4 and instantly got extreme lag spikes, even though it has worked perfectly fine before. It plays for 2 seconds on 90+ fps and then it heads right down to ~10 fps for the next 2 seconds. I have checked my GPU utilisation and from the graph I can see extreme spikes. It goes no higher than 70% but goes all the way down to 0%.
I have tried rollbacking to 20 different drivers, I have tried reinstalling windows and all drivers. I have tried taking the GPU out, and cleaning the fans. I have also tried reinstalling BF4.
I'm really really pissed as I just spent over 2k dollars for a new computer and then it doesn't work. Help would be appreciated a lot!
