Massive loss of FPS

I used to get 80fps solid on bf4 high but not im struggling to get 30-40 fps

Here are my specs:
EVGA GTX 770 2G Superclocked + ACX 2.0
AMD FX 6300 3.5ghz 6-Core
Gigabyte GA-970A-D3P
WD 3.5" Blue 1TB WD10EZEX SATA3 64M 7200rpm HDD
G.Skill Ripjaws-X 8GB Single DDR3 1333
Corsair Force LX CSSD-F128GBLX
EVGA 600B 600Watt 80Plus Bronze Power Supply Unit

AA was always enabled and vsync has always been off.

I'm not too sure about overheating however because there isnt too much heat coming from the back of the case.

BUT not too long ago i ran into an issue where my computer would just switch off for no reason. This hasn't happened for a while though but i think the frame loss might be at a result of this.

To make matters worse when the issue above occurred, i had to push the f-panel switches in more for the computer to actually boot up again. If not the computer would be dead.

alright, i'll get back to you when i get time to record under stress etc

and also is it more likely to be the cpu overheating? I'm getting Corsair H105 Water cooling soon :)
