Question Massive Packet loss

Hi.
I have serious problem because theres no chance i can play with this packet loss or even call someone. What can cause this massive packet loss ? its propably problem on ISP side . Thanks for help.

already tried= ping router (no loss) , resetting all hardware even providers antena , switching from wifi to cable (same)

It is on the connection between your house and the ISP. You can check to see if your wires look ok but it is likely some issue with the cabling outside your house.

Call your ISP and tell them you see no loss to the router but you are getting loss to their router. That is the second line in your pathping.
