Hi all. I have a Ryzen 5 3600 and for quite a while I've been noticing usage spikes on threads 11 and 12 when idle:

I was away from the computer for a few minutes and came back to this. It happens fairly regularly, any idea what might cause it? It doesn't affect performance or anything, but I'd like to know what's going on

Solution
There's still things in the background that need tending to. Windows, at least on Ryzen processors, shoves it on one or two cores since Ryzen marks certain cores as "I prefer you shove all tasks to here first"

Not as idle as you think it is, most probably windows doing something in the background, check your Task Manager.
