Massive .tmp files, suscpicious, why so large.

Hi guys

This is my first post on this site, hoping I can get some good advice

I was just looking through my temporary files when I noticed that the first two files were abnormally massive, being both around 40Gb each, they are both .tmp files, are these safe to delete and does anyone know what could be causing these, I'm slightly suspicious to say the least.

Go to accessories/system tools and run disk cleanup which will get rid of unnecessary files safely.
Then run malwarebytes to look for malware that might be present.
