Massive windows 8 problems!!! please help ?!?!

1- none of the windows apps work
2- i cant update windows because of an error
3- windows help stops responding along with other programs

how do i fix this ??????

What was the last thing you did before is started screwing up?

It worked great before
i cant remember doing anything that would have affected it
avg has scanned it to find no problems

Now...to the problem.
Why is it doing this? It just automatically started doing it one day?

Can you go back to an earlier restore point?

I cant remember when it started to happen as i wanted to install windows 8.1 today to find that the store wont open.

I have no idea how it happend or when im afraid.....im so confused

It's hard to say, because the actual 'problem' is unknown.
