masterair ma410m wont fit am3+ even though it says it will

trying to install a masterair ma410m to a am3+ and the screws are to short to reach the stand off even though it claim sit should fit

check your install manual you mght have miss something or use the wrong parts for amd .

ive checked the manual and watched a video the nuts that the cooler mounts to are not long enough to reach the screws on the cooler mount they are not on backwards ive also checked that as well

you use the provided plate and remove the oem one from board since on it goes a screw that croos in the hole and then little knob on it the the amd bracket scew to the cooler base and the screws of thos bracket screws in the knob ones could you post a picture of you set up on cooler fins and board .

the q have to be push down in the c part and did you put the cooler fins for the fans that face in front use imgur to post picture and made link public then post link here .
