Question masterbox lite 5 rgb fans not the right color or turns 2 of them off msi mystic

so i have a masterbox 5 lite rgb. the problem i'm having is the colors don't match what i set it to. they aren't all the same color either. 2 will be a diffenern't color. some of the settings turn the rgb on 2 of the fans off
red: gives me 1 purple and 2 green
yellow: 2 yellow and 1 white
green:1 light blue and 2 red
light blue: 1 light blue and 2 unlit fans
blue: 1 blue and 2 unlit fans
purple: 1 purple and 2 unlit fans
white: 1 white and 2 unlit fans
the motherboard rgb works fine though and matches what i set it to. the fans just don't seem to work right. i already tried master plus and its not compatible how do i fix this

hi, i think you have the connectors the wrong way, line up the arrows when connecting to the splitter that connects to the mobo rgb header

actually the arrows have to be opposite from eachother in my case. if they're lined up, the rgb doesnt work at all burt ty. that hellped.
