Hello,

I'm planning to upgrade my case (Corsair spec 02) and (Corsair VS650)Psu with:

1- Cooler master TD500.
2- Corsair RM850 (Overclocking plans for CPU and GPU)

The question is

Can i fit RM850 inside TD500 masterbox, considering the side cover which houses (Psu and HDD enclosures)?!

Current Hardware spec:

Cpu: AMD ryzen 5 2600
Gpu: AMD XFX RX850 8GB
RAM: 16GB (G skill ripjaws 16gb) 8x2 DDR4
System board: Gigabyte B450 Aorus elite

Thanks

This article about the RM850 confused me:

https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/corsair-rm850-power-supply,6127.html

"The unit features semi-passive operation which, unfortunately, cannot be deactivated. This means that the power supply should not be used in chassis where the PSU compartment is sealed or with the fan grille facing downwards, because the hot air will be trapped at the PSU's internals causing high stress to its parts."

The paragraph qouted above had me to reconsider ordering RM850, and think about an alternative PSU. Therefore, more clarification needed.
