Question MasterLiquid Lite Watercooler + upHere RGB fans not syncing.

Hoping for some help. I had a PC built for my daughter and it came with a MasterLiquid Lite Watercooler and an Asus Tuf X470-PLUS Gaming AM4 ATX W/ RGB USB 3.1 SATA mother board. She wanted more fans with colors. I went with upHere wireless RGB fans. I had Best Buy install them. Only 2 colors sync between the cooler and the fans. When we go to switch to other colors they are two different colors and both remotes works the lights the same way. Ideas?
