Hi everyone after fitting the cooling kit last night being as carful as possible and taking more than an hour! Just to find the CPU ryzen 7 2700x run hotter than it did with the stock prism RGB cooler! I took it all back out again only to realise how incredibly stupid I had been by not removing the plastic cover with remove before fitting written all over it!! From the water block. So I just fitted the stock cooler again.

So question is please what's y'all humble opinion on this thing, is it worth the hassle or should I stick with air cooling please?

Solution
If you leave the silly matter of not removing the sticker, aside, then yes if installed right and made to intake cooler ambient air, the AIO is a good step above the sir cooler you once were on. If you're asking if you should remove the sticker before reapplying, then yes it's meant to be removed before fitting onto the CPU.

Edit: On second thoughts, that's just a 120mm AIO, you were much better off being on the air cooler.

Thanks for the reply. Ok I'll just stick with the stock cooler. I was gonna remove the sticker second time round haha but I'll stick with the stock cooler.

Thanks.
