Matching up well

I was wondering if a Fx-8320 would work well with 7790. I realize it might not be the best but I am on budget. Other than that I have 600w PSU, 8gb ram, ssd, and hdd. I was also wondering if this Visiontek Radeon HD 7790 specifically would be good. Yes, it will work well but i recommend getting a FX-6300 instead and a better GPU.

Around 1,000. For the cpu and gpu like 300 max. I don't think I will be doing anything that needs that much gpu power. I do plan to do think like run a server and play on at the same time whic needs cpu. Will a worse cpu +better gpu get me more frame rates? Or will I loose some
