Matherbord problem

when i plug in power supply my processor fan is start,but after just a second this is stoped.and mather bord is also stoped.

Sounds like overheating of Cpu?
Make sure the cpu is seated correctly check all the plug's.

You just described an electrical failure. It could be anything from the CPU, PSU, HDDs or anything else that is connected to the PSU for power.

Try disconnecting anything that is not vital for the PC to start, leaving only CPU+MB+RAM+PSU. If the problem persists, try removing the RAM and watch for any difference in behaviour. If you still have nothing, you will need to test your components on another system.
