[SOLVED] Matrix Artifacts on screen

I have with me my good old JetStream GTX 660 Ti. this had been with me since 2013 ( 7 years ). now its showing signs its dying. i cant let go it has sentimental value ... just kidding, i cant afford a new video card just yet its ($300). can i still resuscitate this card ? take a look at these images

This PC is antique but i cant let go just yet.

Core i5 3470
JetStream GTX 660 Ti
8GB RAM
Cougar RS
P8B75-M LE
Windows 10 64bit

You can always try to "bake" your GPU, but have a look on available youtube videos for the topic first - it may destroy the card and it may also stuck a bad smell in your owen as well.
But that's probably the only option left.

Try testing the card in another pc? check monitor cables and adapters? try a dif i/o port?
