Matshita DVD installation disk

Hello,
I have a 1 year old laptop from Dell and the Mashita DVD does not show up any longer. Error 19 says the registry is messed up. Where can I get a installation disk for the DVD. I have Windows Vista

Go onto the Dell product support page and find your specific notebook's download page. Download and install the latest drivers including the system chipset drivers.
