Matshita dvd-ram uj-8505 ata device für windows 8

CD/DVD Rom is not working since I installed Windows 8. Can somone help me with this Problem thanks.

Have you looked for Windows 8 drivers for your cd/dvd rom ?

What you can try is to disconnect the data and power cable from the dvd rom while the computer is off and then turn it on and after a few min. turn it off and connect the cables and turn it on and see if Windows sees it.
