Matshita UJ265 Problem

Just installed Panny Matshita UJ2656 slot loader in my Silverstone ML07 HTPC build. Plays DVDs and Standard BD's fine! When I load a 3D BD and put on my 3D glasses it does display 3D but I have Picture shake (jumpy) from side to side (Horizontal Shake)? Intel Core i5-5470S Haswell, Asus Z971-Plus MB and GTX 750Ti Windforce Graphics Card. Graphics card has latest drivers and I tried setting player to Region 1. Is there a firmware update for the UJ265? My stand alone Sony BD Player plays 3D fine!

I found my problem! Recently received driver update to my GTX 750Ti Graphics Card issued Feb/10. This new driver installation prompted me to check my 3D settings and running 3D wizard 3D movies look better than ever! Now I have an audio sync problem that I need to troubleshoot. Not sure if Cyberlink Power DVD 14 will adjust this or maybe the audio settings on my Asus Z971? Not using HDMI audio, Using Toslink Digital Audio out to my Home Theater system! Interesting to note that PC settings can be a nightmare for proper BD/3D play!
