mATX / ATX case with good *easily* removable dust filters

Hi everyone, looking for a new case for my parents. I built them the computer they have and the case while stylish isn't cutting it in their house.

My mom used to own a cattery, and though she's retired, she still has 15 or so cats and a dog, and their house just exudes dust. I have my dad trained to take the computer outside every 4 months to get the air compressor out and thoroughly dust the computer. It's not enough.

Needs are 2 USB 2.0 front or top. Intake filters they can take off and clean weekly, biweekly. Semi solid case so I can build positive pressure inside to try to keep the inside as clean as possible. Parts that needs to fit: Hyper 212 + cooler. mATX FM2+ mobo. XFX 650w Pro PSU. 1xSSD, 1XHDD.

I'd like to stay below the 70$ mark, the lower the better, suggestions for making a cheaper case work is also extremely acceptable. Dad is retired, but was a mechanical engineer running the custom shop for Sikorsky, he can make anything but his hands have been cramping up on him, so the less I have him do the better.

I mean, the 450D is definately overkill. You could also look at the Cooler Master N200 which is a fairly good mATX case. The problem is the front filter isn't so great and lets in a fair amount of dust and I am not too sure the case will be able to fit the hyper 212. There is also the Corsair 350d, but it is also over budget unless you find an open box like the 450d that I mentioned earlier.
I'd take a look at Microcenter for an "open box" Corsair 450D. They run about $60 if you have access to either their online store or retail store and it sounds like it may fit your needs.

I'll check out their online store, I don't have access to a Microcenter, wish I did though, they often have awesome sales.

Ya, that's the hard part, I was actually thinking about just getting them one of the Phanteks Enthoo Pro, like what I have cause I love the case, but it's really overkill for their system and needs.
