mATX board in ATX case

Will a mATX board work in any ATX case? Or does the case have to explicitly say it supports mATX boards?

Yup. I've seen lots of PCs built this way actually.

In fact if I had to build a system with a mATX board I'd stick it in a normal ATX case if I could. Can't stand the cramped little mATX cases 😱
