[SOLVED] mATX/ITX system refresh possible under $1000?

I'm looking for recommendations for a system refresh. The budget is under $1000, but the less, the better, obviously.

This is my current hardware setup:

I want to reuse the SSDs, video card, and power supply if I can. I also have a Corsair H100i PRO AIO that I bought a while back and would like to use.

I'm considering a Ryzen 5/7/9 3000 series CPU. I'd like 2.5Gbit Ethernet and Bluetooth. 32 GB of RAM will be ideal. I'm contemplating either adding or replacing the SSDs with M.2 drives but I'm unsure of the bandwidth constraints. I understand it's likely I can't fit everything I want into this package.

I don't have a lot of space (15"x18") for the case, so I'm leaning towards mATX or ITX form factor. As far as aesthetics, I'm not super-interested in any RGB or color scheme. I wouldn't mind something cool (please, no red, I'm colorblind and it'd be wasted on me), but my PC sits to the left of me, so I think I'd need an inverted case otherwise all the fancy colors will be facing the wall.

Any questions, feel free to ask. I appreciate any and all suggestions.

Basically, the upgrade would be CPU and/or GPU. Even though your CPU is old, I don't think you'd run it too hard with 2 x 1080p monitors.
It would also be a hard task to ugrade CPU/Mobo/RAM plus GPU under $1000.
I'd probably tend to upgrade your CPU/Mobo/RAM as it's getting out of date.
So do you prefer to upgrade your cpu/mob/ram or your GPU?
If you want to upgrade CPU/mobo/ram - do you want to go Intel or AMD?

I don't have a problem with my current video card. It's only a year old to me and I don't think I'd get much for it considering the 3000 series are coming out.

As I said in my original post, I'm leaning toward a Ryzen 5/7/9 3000 series CPU. I'd like 2.5Gbit Ethernet and Bluetooth. 32 GB of RAM will be ideal. I think I want to keep at least the two Samsung PRO SSDs and add an M.2. I read elsewhere that I might be stressing the available bandwidth between GPU, M.2, SSDs and general bridge overhead. Do you know if that's the case?

I also recently rearranged my office and now my PC is on my left. The surface that my PC is resting on is too small for this big ATX case, so I'm also thinking about doing something mATX or ITX. The space is 18" deep and 16" wide.

Thanks!
