I'm looking for recommendations for a system refresh. The budget is under $1000, but the less, the better, obviously.
This is my current hardware setup:

I want to reuse the SSDs, video card, and power supply if I can. I also have a Corsair H100i PRO AIO that I bought a while back and would like to use.
I'm considering a Ryzen 5/7/9 3000 series CPU. I'd like 2.5Gbit Ethernet and Bluetooth. 32 GB of RAM will be ideal. I'm contemplating either adding or replacing the SSDs with M.2 drives but I'm unsure of the bandwidth constraints. I understand it's likely I can't fit everything I want into this package.
I don't have a lot of space (15"x18") for the case, so I'm leaning towards mATX or ITX form factor. As far as aesthetics, I'm not super-interested in any RGB or color scheme. I wouldn't mind something cool (please, no red, I'm colorblind and it'd be wasted on me), but my PC sits to the left of me, so I think I'd need an inverted case otherwise all the fancy colors will be facing the wall.
Any questions, feel free to ask. I appreciate any and all suggestions.
