mATX v ATX? $500-$800CAD build

i'm trying to build a $800CAD ish AMD build for my sister in law and I'm pretty sure she's not going to use more than one GPU so is there any real difference in microATX besides having fewer expansion slots?

What's the best brand mobo for AMD?

Should I get her a 6300 or 8320, she just wants to play Skyrim, Black and White, and use it as a general purpose PC. She also likes photoshop and making videos. So I'm thinking a Baracuda 2TB?

I don't want to OC it because she lives like 8 hours away in QC and I can't fix it if something goes wrong. I still can't even get a stable 4.4ghz on my 4770k, but I digress.

So just something with turbo and a decent air cooler or reliable AIO.

know you said AMD build but if you are open this build should fit your needs (swap out the 1TB for 2TB, or my preference would be to leave the 1TB and get a 60GB SSD as a boot drive)

Kingston 60GB SSD is 70 so pricey for this build but probably my favourite upgrade for any build is a boot drive.

If you want to go with AMD a 6300 and a cheap mobo (went with 970 chipset as a minimum and first brand I know, so skipped biostar and the ASUS was 4 stars)

Going to cost a bit more going this route, for gaming the 6300 should be fine, if you want to spend another $20 you can get BF4 with the 6350

The 770 is the best option for 1080p gaming and 2GB is enough for right now in most games, also a nvidia card lets you keep your PSU small, if you want to go an AMD route here you will need a beefier PSU and will pay the same price for performance as most high end AMD cards are still priced high from cryptomining buying them all
