Max height over MoBo 162mm, CPU cooler is 160mm over MoBo. Too risky?

Hi! First time posting here, but I think I've come to the right place. Have found lots of answers here before!

So, I'm planning on buying the Phanteks Eclipse P400S TG Edition, which is described to have a Max CPU cooler height over MoBo at 162mm. The cooler I'm going for is the Be quiet! Dark Rock 3, which is described to be at 160mm over MoBo. That leaves 2mm to go. Seems a bit risky to me.

The case is 210mm in width, 470mm in depth and 465mm in height, but the width is of course only measured from one panel to the other. The CPU cooler is 97mm wide, 133mm deep and 160mm tall.

Anyone here know whether this will work or not? I do like both the look and overall design of the case, and the Dark Rock 3 is appealing to me because of it's low noise levels and looks. But I wouldn't want the top of the CPU cooler to come in contact with the glass panel of the case, lol.

Should I go for another case/cpu cooler that gives me more wiggle room? Or am I good to go?
