Max northbridge temp for a biostar ta970 ver 5.3

Yes i am a live streamer and whenever i stream and game at the same time my northbridge does heat up sometimes into the low to mid 60's and i am wondering if that is still safe temps? or am i damaging it? I have an aftermarket cooler on it but still gets up there while gaming!

Specs are this

Mobo-Biostar ta970 ver 5.3
8gb ddr2 ran i believe
Nvidia geforce gtx 750 Ti
600w power supply
60gb ssd
500gb HDD

Any help would be greatful!
