Max out my MoBo?

Hello! I was wondering if this motherboard would support a Radeon hd 6850, and if it would fit over the Ram and whatnot.

This is my current motherboard

M2N68-LA

I was also wondering, how would I go about maxing this motherboard out? As in Ram, Cpu, Graphics card?

Also, if the radeon hd 6850 does in fact fit/work with this motherboard, what Psu should I get? Thankyou so much for the help
