Max out Skyrim

How can i get 50 fps on skyrim with max settings on everything and even HD textured mods??Good GPU FOR THIS

AMD ATHLON II X4 635 2.9ghz
ASROCK AMD 880GM-LE
4gb ram
Corsair 450w
1024 768 resolution

Your CPU is not strong enough. Nor is your PSU - to support a decent graphics card. Especially with mods.
