Max payne 3 is not loading INITIALLY

I have successfully installed Max Payne 3 on my Lenovo Z580 laptop with Core i7 3rd Generation, 8 GB RAM and 1 TB HDD and 2GB Nvidia GT630M card. But when I start the game it is not loading. It is showing only Loading and only Loading.
The game is not starting plz help ...

What you need is to install Rockstar game Social Club....When we press offline mode the game get sing in to rockstar game at the loading scene...Because of unable to sign in the game loads forever........This RSG Social Club will fix the loading problem.
I had encountered this problem when I install the game for the first time but when I install social club the game worked perfectly....................................

I have RSG Social Club installed on my system and I play Max Payne 3 in offline mode still it does not load ...
