Max payne 3, system crashed and blue screen occurs

I have purchased Max Payne 3 (4 dvds pack), I have install perfectly but when i go to explorer and click the max payne 3 installed folder then my system has been crashed and a blue screen error occurs.

Please guide me what should i do?

I want to share blue screen error pic, but there is no button on "tom's hardware" to share a picture.

You have to upload to a site like photobucket or imageshack.

Does it crash with other games? Any other applications?

Why dont you wander on over to the Max Payne 3 forums and search for an answer there, im sure you arent the only person with that issue.

no this is first time i have seen this error having number 0x00000050

before max payne 3, I have played more heaviest game like NFS The Run, battlefield 3, cod mw3 etc without any error or issues.

If you have windows 7,you should install windows 7 service pack 1 from here:
for 32-bit:

thank you so much yaser, i have applied windows update and registry fix. After that i face another issue.
When i launch Max payne 3.exe it runs successfully but after loading when max payne opens the door then the game back to the windows.
what should i do?
