Max Payne 3 - Video cuts out, followed by sound.

I'm having a lot of trouble with Max Payne 3. The game was running perfectly with a consistently high FPS, but then, occasionally while playing my video started cutting off and not restarting (followed by my sound), which required me to completely shut off and then turn back on my PC. This became more frequent and now, not only can I not play the game, the second the 3D menu screen pops up, my video cuts out, shortly followed by my audio. Every other game runs perfectly fine. I've attached an extensive report of my computer using CPU-Z as well as a log made using GPU-Z of the changes in my computer when the game was launched. For those not wanting to go through the CPU-Z report, my specs are as follows:

CPU Phenom II Quad X4 955 3.2GHz (3.6GHz+ O/C);

Video Card = ATI Radeon HD 6850 1GB GDDR5 256bit;

Sound Card = Integrated Surround 7.1;

My video card is also overclocked in Catalyst to high performance mode to:

850 MHz GPU clock
1200MHz memory clock
