Question max safe oc 4790k with a nhd15

greetings , as the title states im curious as to the max safe oc that i can do without shortening the lifespan of the cpu
the highest i have got was 4.6 on all cores at 1.3 volts max cpu temps 70c 69 for the package , on the ai suite shows the 1.300 volt marked in orange is that bad? i was hopping for 4.7 4.8 maybe im too greedy with oc on air

The closer to red the color is, the worse it is for the longevity of the processor(and the other components in your system). If you're on 1.3v, you're already too much. For that processor you should be at 1.25v~1.27v.

Also what are you ambient air temps and the make and model of your motherboard, chassis and PSU?

im not sure for the ambient temp the idle temps stand at the high 20s mid 30s, the 1.300 was an auto seting of the ai suite, the board is an asus h97 pro gamer and the psu is an corsair rm750i paired with an msi 1070gamingx
