Max safe temps

What would be the max safe temps for an
I7 4810 and 880m
And what program is best for checking those temperatures?

HWMonitor, coretemp, aida64 are good softwares that help to monitor the temps of the system.
Max safe temps would be up to 75° C in my opinion, I'd try to keep them lower than that, around 60° C.
