[SOLVED] Max settings requirements

Every games has a "minimum system requirements" and "recommend system requirements" Is there a website that has maximum system requirements - which would be the requirements to run the game at max settings, full AA, AF, etc etc..... Doe such a thing exist?

minimum requirements are like 1080p @ 30fps (low settings)
recomended are like 1080p @ 60 fps (mid/high settings)
sometimes they mention some ultra detail requirements
no such site exists which would say what u need for all settings maxed out

check some reviews where they test cpu/gpu performance for games
