Question max speed and size of ram question for Asrock board

Hi Old dog learning new tricks. New Build, B450 Gaming 4K board (AMD) /Ryzen 2700/530Watts/SATA SSD512/1050 GPU. I have 16 gb 3200 RAM (2 sticks) (approved, and it boots to bios fine). Can I run at 3200 or should I limit to 3000? Can I realistically run 32 gb at 3200 or 3000 if I buy two more matching sticks? Can you point me to a good Youtube or site for a walk through to tweak settings. Build purpose, audio-video-anime rendering. Table on web site was a bit confusing. Thanks guys (not an idiot or noob, just out of practice).

Your board will be able to run the RAM sticks at 3200 no problem - it supports that speed.

If you get another kit of the same speed it will work at 3200.
